We minister to victims of human trafficking and we hear many different stories. Sometimes people say positive or negative comments regarding this ministry. Many people think it’s in vain. I’ve even heard an opinion that we should not throw pearls in front of swines… Every time I hear this, fear falls on me and I remember what the Lord says in Matthew 7:2

“For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

Jesus also identified even with someone who was in prison. Matthew 25:36

“I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.“

If we read through this parable we can see how it developes. The group of people that reacts positively and is interested in other peoples needs will receive inheritance – the Kingdom of God. And the group that reacted negatively will be cast out. If we want to be like Jesus we have to love unconditionally with love that trusts… and keeps no record of wrongs. (1 Cor 13). -Jana
